ORDER & PAYMENT
Before submitting you order, please carefully revise your order-, payment-, delivery- and billing address information- shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Any customs and import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. 2Blind2C have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. All orders are sent from Denmark.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipments are sent as insured packaging and can be tracked at any time during its journey.
All orders from the webshop will be dispatched within 1-2 days
Free shipping within Denmark.
If your order has been delivered to a parcel shop, be sure to pick it up in time, before it’s getting send back to shipper. Any cost connected with returns are paid by you and are not covered by 2Blind2C.

Danish VAT applies to all countries in Europe.

Free delivery on orders above 200€
Kindly notice that all return expenses are held by the customer.
Shipping time usually takes 3-5 working days.
DELIVERIES TO RUSSIA
If you order to Russia it’s only possible for us to send to a public work address. If this is not given, we will ask for a work address or cancel the order.
All goods are subject to the purchase law rules for 24 months' right of complaint. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the item that has occurred within 24 months of the purchase. The warranty does not cover when faults, damages or wears have occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear.

2Blind2C will cover reasonable shipping costs in the event of a defective item within Denmark; in order to facilitate this please ensure invoice documentation of the freight is enclosed with your returns.
