ORDER & PAYMENT
Before submitting your order, please carefully revise your order-, payment-, delivery- and billing address information- shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Any customs and import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. All orders are sent from Denmark.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipments are sent as insured packaging and can be tracked at any time during its journey.
We pack your order within 1-3 business days and ship with GLS (delivery 2-3 business days) and you have the opportunity to choose delivery to service points (parcel shop, store, etc.) or home to your home address.
Free shipping above 1.499,- DKK within Denmark.
Orders below 1.499,- DKK - from 75.- DKK.
If your order has been delivered to a parcel shop, be sure to pick it up in time, before it’s getting send back to shipper. Any cost connected with returns are paid by you and are not covered by 2Blind2C.
We pack your order within 1-3 business days and ship with UPS (delivery 4-5 business days) and you have the option to choose delivery to service points (parcel shop, store, etc.) or home to your home address.
Danish VAT applies to all countries in Europe.

DELIVERIES TO RUSSIA
We don't ship to Russia.
Returns at 2Blind2C.com are always free, and the return deadline is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date, you receive via email.
The items must be returned unused, and in original condition and packing. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.
You can request the return and receive the free-return label on the return-page on our website. It is possible to choose between a store credit for your next purchase within one year or a refund.
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the store credit or refund will be issued. Please be aware that the refund will be credited to the original payment method and/or credit card originally used for purchase of the items, minus taxes or import duties, if any.
It can take up to 14 days before the refund will be credited.
Please be aware that we do not exchange items. If you wish to change your purchase to a different size, color or style, you need to follow the return information, and then place a new order on our website.
All goods are subject to the purchase law rules for 24 months' right of complaint. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the item that has occurred within 24 months of the purchase. The warranty does not cover when faults, damages or wears have occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear.

We will cover reasonable shipping costs in the event of a defective item within Denmark; in order to facilitate this please ensure invoice documentation of the freight is enclosed with your returns.
